E. Compensation for the US Chess Delegate.
The Delegate or Alternate Delegate who represents Oregon at the annual US Chess Board of Delegates meeting shall be paid $100, provided there is more than $200 in the OCF treasury.
Proposed new wording
E. Compensation for the US Chess Delegates.
The Delegates or Alternate Delegates who represent Oregon at the annual US Chess Board of Delegates meeting shall be paid a stipend in amounts to be determined each year by the Board, but not less than $100.
Change 2 (under VIII. FISCAL YEAR)
Current
The fiscal year of the OCF shall begin on August 16 and end on August 15 in each year.
Proposed new wording
The fiscal year of the OCF shall begin on September 1 and end on August 31 in each year.

Update all four instances of “US Chess delegate” to “US Chess delegates”, as Oregon now has two delegates. - Carl Haessler will report on the US Chess Delegates meeting.
