Zoey Tang wins the 2023 Oregon Junior Closed

Zoey Tang points to the place on the Oregon Junior Closed perpetual trophy where we will add her name for a second time. It is housed at the Portland Chess Center next to the Oregon Closed perpetual trophy on the right which already has her name and the Oregon Senior perpetual trophy on the left that is safe for another 30 years or so.
