The Oregon Chess Federation will be holding its annual membership meeting at 7:00pm on Sunday, September 11 on Zoom.

- President’s Report – Wilson Gibbins
- Treasurer’s Report – Mike Morris
- Fundraising Report – Roshen Nair
- Vote on officers who will hold their positions for the next two years. You can nominate someone to run for office by using this page.
- Vote on Bylaws Changes, including a change to hold the annual membership meeting online permanently.
- Discuss possible changes to the Oregon Closed to make it more attractive to players and organizers. A change to the format will be finalized and voted on in a meeting to be scheduled that interested members may attend.
